What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders within Spain typically arrive in 2-4 business days. International shipping within the EU takes 5-7 business days, while worldwide shipping can take up to 10-12 business days depending on the destination.
How should I clean and care for my shoes?
For velvet models, we recommend using a soft brush to remove dust. For linen or cotton models, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging them in water to preserve the structure of the sole.
