We want you to love your Flabelus, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
